The Portsmouth and Cambridge Coaching Collaboratives
The Collaboratives grew up from the desire to build a forum to explore the dynamic new world of coaching. We are communities of open minded, encouraging people who support each other through skill building, education, and knowledge-sharing.
Our Mission is to broaden awareness of coaching in the larger community, provide opportunities to interact with new and experienced coaches, to foster new ideas, help form strategic alliances, enhance coaching skills and develop new friendships. We are informal, not-for-profit and meet every other month.

The Deloitte & Touche Story : How Internal Coaching Creates Direction, Focus and Confidence.
Join us for a lively discussion
around internal coaching led by two representatives from
Deloitte & Touche, a pioneer in the development of
internal coaching in professional services firms and a leader in its
implementation.
Wendy Berk, Sr. Marketing Manager, will describe how coaching helps the coachee by providing the direction, focus and confidence necessary to be proactive in improving a career path and Carly Goldsmith, her coach, will talk about how Deloitte Career Connections, Deloitte's internal coaching group, has grown, evolved and realized success since its inception in 2002. Together they will share how coaching has assisted the retention of valuable employees, accelerated the professional development of its high potential future leaders and helped Deloitte become an employer of choice.
Cambridge Coaching Collaborative meetings are held from 6 - 9 pm at the Zephyr Restaurant, Hyatt Regency Hotel, 575 Memorial Drive, Cambridge MA.
